A 150 LB. (68 KG.) Athlete needs 300 calories per hour of exercise activity.
For every hour of training or racing MIX one packet in 10-12 oz. of cold water and drink it at least 30 minutes BEFORE workout/competition -OR- SIP it DURING activity.
