Fall Wetsuit Rental

Wetsuit rentals run from a Wednesday to the following Tuesday. Pick up and drop off can be on or between the start and finish date of the rental period.

 

Pick up and drop off are at Tri It Multisport only.

 

Someone else can pick up the suit on your behalf. They will leave credit card information, for liability reasons, and sign a waiver on your behalf. 

 

If you need to cancel your suit, in order to get a refund of $40, it must be cancelled at least a week from the start day of your rental period. Otherwise, a cancelation within a week of the start day will not permit a refund at all. For example - if you are renting April 19 - 25, you must cancel 7 days before the 19th to get a $40 refund. Alternatively, you can move your rental booking to another week, given that inventory permits and you do so at least 7 days in advance. You can cancel or move your rental booking by calling the store at 403-270-7776.

 

The suit must be returned on the final day of the rental period. If not, you will be charged $20 for everyday it is not returned up until 7 days, then a $50 per day fee will be charged to you. If there is unforeseen circumstances and you cannot get the suit to us on time, we ask that you call the store so we are able to make arrangements for the next person renting that suit. 

 

The wetsuit must be returned clean (free of sand dirt etc.), dry and free of nicks and rips. If not, you will be charged a $10 cleaning fee and/or $5 for each nick and $10 for each rip. 

 

You can come in and try on the suits if you feel like you need too for size but you can consult the size chart or call in if necessary.

 

We do ask that rentals be done online for ours and your convenience at pick up, but can be done in store if needed.
