Join us for our 2019 brick classes every Saturday morning from October 19th to December 21st. You will get 10 classes of a cycle session from 7:15-8:45 led by a local trainer, followed by your choice of a run or yoga session from 9:00-9:40am.
You will need to bring your own bike and trainer, as well as whatever else you may need for running/yoga
