RCTY is a new type of workout for those who love it all and want to do it all. 20 minutes of running or walking, followed by 20 minutes of strength, and finished with 20 minutes of yoga. Taught by Richelle and Rose this fun (and socially distinct class) brings people together while staying apart. A great way to get out and get active in 60 minutes! All levels encouraged and welcome as this workout will be tailored toward each athlete that attends.
