Why It’s There

How to Use It
It is best to use PLANT STRONG PROTEIN in combination with a regular exercise program. The ideal time to consume protein is immediately after exercise or as needed in the day to help you curb appetite and cut weight. Mix 1 scoop with 8 ounces of ice cold water and enjoy. Adult use only. If on antibiotics take at least 2-3 hours before or after. Do not use if you have an immune-compromised condition (e.g. AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment), are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood thinners, have a history of kidney stones, diabetes and/or a kidney disorder gastrointestinal lesion/ulcer, are taking an anticoagulant/blood thinner or an anti-inflammatory, or are having surgery, fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhoea, or severe abdominal pain. If symptoms occur, worsen, or persist beyond 3 days, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner.
Allergen warnings: Contain ingredients from coconut. Made in a facility that also processes tree nuts. Discontinue to use in case of hypersensitivity including headaches, heartburn, bloating. Hypersensitivity/allergy has been known to occur to acai or plants of the Arecaceae family. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are allergic to latex, or fruits (such as avocado, banana, chestnut, passion fruit, fig, melon, mango, kiwi, pineapple, peach and tomato).
