    October 8th - December 15th (11 weeks)

    We can cater the workout to abilities from beginner to advanced, so all levels are welcome.

    Richelle Love will be coaching the class with various guest instructors. 

    • 8 - 9:30am       Cycle
    • 9:40 - 10am     Brick Run
    • 10am               Coffee, tea and treats at Tri It

    All athletes need:

    -a bike

    -an indoor trainer

    -trainer tire

    -mat (for under bike)
