Join us for our 2020 brick classes every Saturday morning at the Sunalta Community Centre (1627 10 Ave SW).
You will need to bring your own bike and trainer, as well as whatever else you may need for running/yoga.
7am - door open
7:15-8:45am - interval based cycling class
9:00-9:40am - CHOICE: run or 40 minute yoga session
You will get 10 classes!
Dates are as follows:
January 11th, 18th, and 25th
February 1st, 22nd and 29th (*no classes February 8th or 15th)
March 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th
