All rental periods are 1 week long - from Wednesday morning to the following Tuesday evening (eg. June 7 to June 13). You may book two or more consecutive weeks if you need time outside of those days as we are unable to change the rental period dates.
If you cancel a wetsuit rental at any point after booking it, you will be only refunded 50% of the amount you initially paid. Refunds must be done in store and cannot be done over the phone.
All wetsuit rentals are picked up at our store (1703 10th Ave SW), and will not be shipped.
When you pick up your wetsuit, will be required to fill out a rental agreement form at the time of picking up the wetsuit, which will include leaving a credit card number on file with Tri It Multisport. Someone else may pick up your wetsuit but we will need confirmation they are allowed to do so and their credit card must be left on file.
All wetsuits must be returned by closing on the Tuesday the rental period ends.If it is not returned by closing on the date, you will be charged $10 per day it is late.
If the wetsuit is returned damaged, wet or dirty, you will be charged a $10 cleaning fee and/or any repair costs.
By booking the wetsuit you agree to all of these terms.
