This camp is geared towards those athletes who have completed an Olympic distance Triathlon and are working at improving at that distance or are working towards a half Ironman. 

 

Friday, May 17th

6 - 6:45pm - GROUP RUN

6:45 - 7:30pm - Fuelling for Endurance 

7:30 - 8pm - Focusing the Athlete Mind 

 

Saturday, May 18th

7 - 9:30am - INDOOR BIKE 

9:30 - 10am - BRICK RUN

10 - 10:45am - brunch 

10:45 - 11:45pm - Goal Setting 

12:15 - 1:30pm - SWIM (Individual Stroke Correction)

2 - 3pm - Yoga for Cycling 

 

Sunday, May 19th

7am - 8:30am - INDOOR BIKE 

9am - 10am - SWIM (Interval Training for Endurance)  

10:30 - 11am - Brunch 

11:30 - 12:30pm - Strength Training for Injury Prevention

12:30 - 1:30pm - Yoga for Running

1:30 - 2pm - Camp Wrap-up
