Refund Policy

We offer refunds on regular-priced items returned within 30 days of purchase (excluding wetsuits and nutrition). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging intact.

Please note:

• Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

• Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.

• Wetsuits and nutrition cannot be refunded.

• To complete your return, we require you to obtain a return authorization number from triitstaff@gmail.com. Customer pays shipping to return.
